Pentair SuperFlo VS: Wiring & Voltage Reference

The Pentair SuperFlo VS ships wired for 230V by default. To switch to 115V, the wiring compartment's terminal configuration needs to change — full details are in the official installation guide (see the Documentation tab on the product page), but the short version: 230V: L1 and L2 both carry line voltage, no neutral required. 115V: L1 carries line voltage, L2 connects to neutral. Always confirm your breaker and wiring match the pump's current configuration before restoring power — mismatched voltage wiring is a common cause of new-pump failures within the first week.
